So this week our buddy Abe wanted to showcase his Korean cooking skills. He made Korean beef short ribs. He marinated these thin sliced ribs for almost a day and then seared them quickly over a charcoal grill.
Laura made spring rolls with tofu, mint, lettuce, and rice noodles. The best part (besides eating them) was learning how to roll those suckers.
I made cream cheese won tons. Definitely not my most creative or challenging contribution, but everyone loves fried [insert food]!
It all came together with a quick Asian salad, rice, peanut sauce and a tangy sesame dipping sauce.
